I woke up and stumbled into is this text about the warrior path. A gift from the universe at the start of the day:
“Warriors find a way or make a way.
Don’t let road blocks keep you from your dreams. There is always a way to get your goals, if you are willing to continue to try to find a way. If one person can do it, another person can do it. If you can imagine it, you can accomplish it. It is absolutely doable. That doesn’t mean it will be easy.
The problem is that most people throw in the towel when the going gets tough or when their original plan doesn’t work out. People are too quick to quit on their goals. You are never defeated until you completely quit, but that is exactly what the majority of people do when things don’t go as planned.
The warrior, on the other hand, simply modifies his strategies; he doesn’t quit at the first sign of trouble. In fact, the only time that he quits is when he has decided that a particular goal is no longer what he wants in his life. As long as the goal is still something that he wants, he will find a way to achieve it or make a way to achieve it, but he will not quit because it is too hard.” ~Bodhi Sanders, excerpt from ‘Modern Bushido: Living a Life of Excellence’
