I’ve played viola since I was 7-years-old. I was a competitive gymnast for 12 years in my youth. I was hardcore about skiing and rock climbing in college, and now I take 6-7 martial arts classes per week. My body has been *begging* for a physical therapy regimen for years, and for the past few months I’ve finally adhered to one. It’s making a HUGE difference in how I function, even how I play the viola. If any of you are professional musicians, martial artists or anything that has heavy impact or repetitive action and you’ve been procrastinating on your own physical therapy, do that shit.
